A small white SANSA plane on a jungle-edged airstrip in Costa Rica

Your schedule, your Costa Rica.

Charter the whole aircraft and fly on your own time — direct to any of the country's 40-plus airstrips, from a Guanacaste ranch to a rainforest lodge with nothing but ocean for a runway view.

Who charters with us

One aircraft, entirely yours.

A private Grand Caravan flexes to the trip in front of it — a couple slipping off to a remote lodge, a wedding party landing together, a survey crew chasing daylight. If it flies in Costa Rica, we can shape a charter around it.

Remote lodges & eco-resorts

Land minutes from your suite in Drake Bay, the Osa or the Nicoya coast — the places a rental car simply can't reach without a long, rough day on gravel.

Weddings & groups

Bring the whole party in together and land relaxed. We coordinate multiple aircraft for larger celebrations so everyone touches down before the toast.

Corporate & incentive

Move executives, site teams or an incentive trip on your own timetable — no fixed schedule, no connections, and back at your desk the same afternoon.

Film & aerial survey

Doors-off camera runs, mapping and inspection flights over the coast, canopy and volcanoes — flown low and slow by pilots who know the terrain by heart.

Time-critical & medical

When hours matter — a missed connection, an urgent transfer, spare parts to a remote site — a charter launches on short notice, daylight permitting.

Bespoke itineraries

Multi-stop days that string together beaches, volcanoes and a sunset flight home — designed with you, one leg at a time, exactly how you want the trip to feel.

How it works

Good to know

Charter questions.

How far in advance should I book a charter?

A week or two is comfortable for peak season and remote airstrips, but we regularly arrange charters with 24–48 hours' notice — and same-day when the schedule and daylight allow. The sooner we know, the more we can tailor.

How is a charter priced?

You charter the whole aircraft, so the price is per flight rather than per seat — based on route, flight time, any waiting or overnight positioning, and airstrip fees. You'll get a single all-in quote with no surprise fuel surcharges.

Can you fly to airstrips that aren't scheduled routes?

Yes — that's the point of a charter. The Grand Caravan's short-field performance opens more than forty registered airstrips across the country, including private lodge and ranch strips, subject to daylight, weather and airstrip permission.

How much luggage and cargo can we bring?

Because you have the whole aircraft, baggage is a matter of total weight and balance rather than a fixed per-person limit. Surfboards, dive gear, camera cases and light freight are routine — just tell us what's coming so we can plan the load.

What happens if weather grounds the flight?

Safety comes first, always. If weather closes an airstrip, we rebook the moment conditions clear, reroute to a nearby field, or arrange ground transfer — and any charter cancelled for weather is fully refunded or rescheduled at no penalty.

Ready when you are

Somewhere the road doesn't go. Let's fly there.

Tell us where and when — we'll shape the whole trip around it and have a quote back to you within a business day.
